According to the National Association of Realtors, across the country, agents are reporting an average of 3.7 offers on their properties. But keep in mind, that’s just an average ⨏. We’ve recently gotten 19 offers. Yes, 19 offers on a home🏠 that we sold. We’ve seen home selling for 50,000 and 60,000 above list price, it’s actually insane.
