“Natasha was amazing and professional during the complete process. I was impressed with Natasha from day one.
Our home in Houston required a face lift and we were very concerned and very apologetic when we first met in January of 2021. Natasha was only positive. She kept focusing on the positive aspects of our home. During the same visit, Natasha shared her Marketing strategy for everyone that chooses to work with Natasha Carroll Realty – from professional photographs and representation using social media as well as the standard media used by realtors – MLS. At the end of the meeting, Natasha asked about our budget for renovating the property for sale. The budget was provided, and Natasha discussed the expertise and availability of several contractors. The contractor met with us and Natasha when we returned in February to remove personal belongings. When the contractor fell through, Natasha handled everything. We had returned to Dallas. Natasha did not miss a beat. She made arrangements for several different contractors to visit our home and provide quotes. Natasha’s personal attention was beyond our expectation. There was a lock box on the door; but Natasha toured with each contractor. She responded to every need of our home as if it was hers. There was never a concern with leaving everything in Natasha’s hand. As a matter of fact, we returned to Houston only one additional time after our personal belongings were removed until after our home was sold. We still have not returned .
The Renovation: After the contractor was hired to complete the renovation, each step was personally managed and approved by Natasha. We received weekly and sometimes daily updates of the progress. Any modifications required or requested – Natasha discussed with us then she and made adjustments.. Natasha’s knowledge of marketability during the renovation was key to the final outcome. Our home was beautiful. After the renovation was complete, we were a bit jealous of the new owner’s acquisition. We were sitting around and wishing the renovated home was in the Dallas area and we could move in.
Putting the Home on the Market: Natasha put our home on the Market on a Friday, 05/05/2021. There were over 19 offers within 3 days. Natasha was amazing – she prepared a spread sheet and reviewed each offer with us and helped us narrow down the offer which was finally accepted. Again, since we are living in the Dallas area, she handled everything from negotiating the offer to making sure every piece of paperwork on the home was available in a timely manner. From the time the offer was accepted, to the close was only four days. As a professional Natasha entertained and responded to fellow realtors and individuals interested in the home. The impressive thing about this behavior is she did not have to; but out of respect for the individual interested to her peer realtors, she felt the need to respond to the inquires.
In summary, Natasha was beyond amazing. As a busy professional, she made it very easy to focus on our priorities. She provided a total turnkey service from her communication and marketing strategy with timelines, to making us comfortable from day one. I’ve purchased and sold 3 homes and Natasha was the best. She never made judgments or become frustrated with questions or changes. She was professional, nice, and encouraging about every detail. No question or concern was too small for her to address.
