Natasha is exceptional at what she does! My husband and I are so fortunate to have found her after many frustrations with our prior realtor. We came across Natasha on google and weren’t sure if the reviews were true. We called her on a Saturday afternoon, she immediately responded and got to work. This is our first home buying experience and we chose to go with new construction but had no knowledge whatsoever of what to expect and the hurdles we would face. She guided us through the whole process, came with a list of questions to ask the builder (things we didn’t know were important or needed to be clarified). I was blown away by her preparation for our visits and advocating on our behalf for the changes in our build. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism. Coming from over an hour away, she showed up to each meeting, conducted periodic checks on the build, sent us updates, promptly responded to all our crazy texts and calls. The whole experience was pleasant and seamless and we could genuinely see how invested she was in making sure we were happy with our choice. She started off as our realtor and ended up a dear friend. I would highly recommend her without a doubt!
