According to HAR Houston Association of Realtors, single family home sell surge โฌ†๏ธ 47.4% in April with 9,105 units sold across the greater Houston area compared to 6,175 sold last year. Heavy sales volume among homes at the high end of the market boosts the pricing to record highs. The average days on market ๐Ÿ“… in Houston went from 58 to 40. The national average days on market is currently 21. The average sales price rolls to 371,854, which is a 21% โฌ†๏ธ increase from April of 2020. So as you can see, the Houston market is on fire and buyers are in need of properties.
